Hello,

After a concussion your friend has swelling of the forehead which went down her nose, corners of her eyes that are also bruised black. She had symptoms of dizziness and nausea. Since she has swelling, nausea and discomfort, you are suggested to get her clinically examined by a GP. Headache, nausea with or without vomiting are indicative that a head injury requires emergency attention.

After head injury, eye check up needs immediate evaluation. Icing the area affected helps to keep the swelling to a minimum. Bump usually turn black or blue after a few days. Applying ointment Thrombophob on the affected area will reduce swelling. Sometimes, facial injury may be indicative of fracture. Your friend should get all blood tests, investigations, X-ray (PNS and Skull) and CT/MRI done if required. She will be accordingly treated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
