What Causes Swelling Of Chest Post Soft Tissue Sarcoma Surgery

Dear Doctor I am 34 yr old male, 2 months ago undergone a surgery for Soft tissue sarcoma in my left thigh.Reports are attached.
Now I am observing a swelling in my chest( Its xray and U/S report is also attached). Is this swelling related to My Soft tissue sarcoma?what should i Do?

I can understand your concern.
Possibility of recurrence of sarcoma is more in your case.
Sarcoma can recur after surgery. And Chest wall is common site for recurrence.
Chest x ray and ultrasound are not confirmatory for sarcoma.
You need to get done biopsy from this chest wall swelling for diagnosis of sarcoma.
So better to get done biopsy first.
