General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.
It not cancerous but it may have become inflammed so you should see dermatoloist and have antibiotic ointments or oral antibiotic therapy. Also, there may be insect bite, or allergy reaction so some cream or there was injury during shaving. All in all, these are not manifestations of tumor.
I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
