What Causes Swelling In The Right Side Of Cheek?

Hi.my daughter 3yrs old.her right side cheek swelling.ultrasound scan result is both parotids show normal echotexture and vascularity.few intraparotid lymph nodeseen largest measuring 2.6mm.bilateral level ll inflamatory lymph node seen,largest measuring 1.5cm.

As per your history is concerned swelling lymph node has many causes so to ruled out causes one by one do a full blood count with differential.Take a full course of DEC -100mg once a day at bed time up to 20 days.After 20 days check your blood once again.You can take NSAID like Combiflam for swelling and pain with any PPI like panataprazole.
