Hi doc, I had a triple hernia operation with left and right incisions and belly botton.However going now on 3 weeks after operation, the swelling in my penis and teticles has gone down, but I still feel sometimes like pins and needles or some numbness around the base of the penis area. Also where the incisions were made it still feels swollen and hard when you press on the skin where incisions was made.
