What Causes Swelling In The Labia Majora After A Small Accident?

5 days ago I fell when exercising on a spin cycle and hit my genital area really hard. I developed serious swelling of the left labial area (labia majora) and intense bruising. The swelling has gone down a bit but is still there and the bruising looks a bit better but today my husband noted that I have greenish bruising up the left side of my groin and across to my central lower abdomen. Also, there is a hard area an inch to inch-and-a-half long in my labia majora. Should I seek medical help? My most recent doctor has left her practice so I do not have a PCP right now

due to fall might have received injury and swelling. get examined by doctor. apply cold compression can take analgesic like combiflam twice daily after food.
