What Causes Swelling In The Hands And Feet Along With Irregular Menstruation?

I HAVENT HAD A PERIOD IN ALMOST 4 MONTHS ,FEELING TIRED ,HANDS AND FEET SWELLING,I NOTICED THAT WHEN I GOT UP THIS MORNING I WAS FEELING A LITTLE SICK.MY TUBES HAVE BEEN TIED BUT I ALSO HAVE AN IRREGULAR CYCLE.NOT TO MENTION WEIGHT GAIN.WHAT COULD THIS BE.

Hi, I think you should go for evaluation first. Do a thyroid profile and prolactin levels and a ultrasound for your uterus and ovaries. It can be due to thyroid problem or may be due to polycystic ovaries. Hope I have answered your question.
