How Can Swelling And Bruising Around The Shin And Ankle Post Injury Be Managed?
I hit shin 10 days ago, I thought just bruised badly , blood has pulled to ankle , and swelling started going down today . Is there anything that can be done if it is fractured by a dr , I have stayed off it slot. . Did ice immediately when it happened . Ib profen for swelling .

exclude fracture by taking x-ray. if so consult orthopaedic surgeon. proper treatment like pop or platting can be done cold compression can be given and ibuprofen can be given as antiinflammatory analgesic.
