What Causes Swelling In Testicle And Scrotum Post Bladder Surgeries For Cancer?

Hi I have been having day surgeries for bladder cancer for 4 years; it has been contained to the bladder so far. I had an Ultra Sound on my kidneys, my bladder and ureters on Thursday. Today, my testicles, scrotum area seems larger than normal (swollen?). What could that be?

it can be metastatic mass.consult oncologist for examination and further investigation if recomanded.it can also be post surgical inflatoryswellingcan take cold compression and tablet combiflam twice daily after food.
