What Causes Swelling In My Collarbone?

For the last four days my glands above my collerbone have been swollen. I do not have a fever or soar throat, just tiered and I feel as if I am getting a cold but then again I always do. A collegue said that she has noticed the swelling in the past. What could this be? My doctor says to keep an eye on it.

Hi,
It seems that there might be having some bacterial infection in nearby surrounding area producing enlarged supra-clavicular lymph nodes.
Consult your doctor and get examined for having such infection.
If require he will go for one antibiotic medicine course for 5 days.
Ok and take care.
