Hello dear user!
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns!
Thank you for sharing them on healthcaremagic.
Swelling of your legs, enlarged liver and heart are due to heart failure. This might have come most probably by the medical history you have had (pulmonary embolism) and your right side of your heart (but not only) has weakened. I would suggest you to go as soon as possible in your healtchare center or hospital and get examined by a cardiologist. Maybe you have to change your therapy and and get stabilized in hospital for some days if your doctors sees it necessary.
I hope this answer was helpful to you!
Please kindly rate it as helpful and write a short review about your experience with me! I would appreciate that a lot.
Thank you and best regards!
