What Causes Swelling In Labia Majora?

I have a suddenly swelling on the right side of my labia majora. Its hurts to shift it, it very red and while most of it is hard like a lump a few patches are soft and feel like its filled with liquid. I thought it was a pimple but i ve never had one like this before and I dont shave down there so i dont think its an ingrown hair. I wash regularly. I noticed after having safe sex with my boyfriend the other night, I used a new type of condom. Its not itchy, just very irritating. At best I cant see a doctor til March 1st due to personal matters.

Hello and thank you for your question. It sounds like you have a Bartholin's gland cyst. These often need to be drained by a physician. Try warm soaks and if it does not resolve you will need to see a doctor.
