General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to vitamin B complex deficiency which gives mouth ulcers. Supplementation of B complex vitamins will be helpful in such case. Other possibility is infection not responding to antibiotic. In such case a culture and sensitivity of scrapping from tonsil should be done and if the present antibiotic is not enough it should be changed to sensitive antibiotic. Applying gels containing choline salicylate locally or warm saline gargle will be helpful in relieving pain.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
