What Causes Swelling In Foreskin And Penile Glans Post Intercourse?

39 year old, following intercourse with my wife I have slight swelling in the foreskin and penile glands. Cleaning with salt water has helped reduce irritation and swelling. Would sudocream help. I also have psoriasis, but rarely, if ever in genital area.

Hi,seems that you might have subclinical iinfection Its better to have a course of antibiotics it's better to be used by you and your wife at same it will be better if you consult your physician about this problem and take a course of antibiotics five days to two weeks,it will be better for you to undergo VDRL test for syphilis,(there will be few more symptoms to rule out the viral infection)

It will better to use some moisturising lotions or some creams to soften your skin prior to the intercourse.
