hi, my sisters eye has just starting irritating her.. and when she went to look at it in the mirror, she notices that the outer layer, on the right side of her eye is swollen.. (the clear part). what can she do to help bring the swelling back to normal... please help. asap

It does not explain in what part there is swelling. Parts are cornea conjunctiva or eye lid. It appears to be conjunctiva. It can be allergic , inflammatory process. Clear information about pain itching discharge is to be given
