Hello
Welcome to HCM,

The symptoms are suggestive of otitis externa which should be confirmed by physical examination.

For the symptoms I would suggest you to follow
1. Oint Ciplo, three times a day.
2. Hot fermentation to reduce the swelling and pain.
3. NSAIDs likeTab Ibuprofen will help to reduce the symptoms.
4. You may require a course of oral antibiotic like Tab Bactoclav, 625 mg, twice daily for 5 days.
Thank you.
