HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Amlodipine is known to cause swelling of the feet, this is a common possible side effect.
Drowsiness can occur in 1 to 10% of persons using it (1 to 10 out of a 100) but aching joints and shortness of breath is rare (occur in 0.1 to 1 %- 1 out 100 to 1 out of 1000).

If you are not able to tolerate the possible effects, you should discuss this with your doctor.
He or she would be able to give you an alternative that may suit you better.

I hope this helps
