What Causes Swelling Between The Collar Bone And Neck After Lifting Heavy Objects?

I was moving today... including loading and unloading a uhaul. I m a 31 yr old female. And as I was finally sitting down to relax I noticed that the area above my right collar bone, between my collar bone and my neck, is swollen. When I abduct my shoulder to 90 degrees and externally rotate my arm, the swelling becomes extremely noticable.

it is due to excessive strain loading and unloading.can take rest and it will subside . doctor can examine and find out tenderness in clavicle. it can be stress fracture or a hematoma due to excessive work it is not clear whether it is in one side or both side-can give arm sling to effected side apply cold compression and take some rest if tndernessinclavicle then take figure 8bandage.
