HEY on he 4th march I passed a massive blood clot , there were two little ones prior . I had major lower left abdomen pain . I can still feel something in my lower abdomen when I cough it hurt s . My gp blood tested me and urined . Then done a external ultra sound showing swelling around the left ovary . I was then sent to hospital by my gp where I was blood tested and urine and told to go see a gino

Age of Patient ,
Onset of pain sudden or long standing ,
Married or Sexual History
and last menstrual period I mean date . But considering the fact that as per given by women in question I must rule out ectopic pregnancy and in the same time USG abdomen will be my first investigation which will help me to reach my diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
