hi i am 29 years old female and i have something on the lower edge of my right ear lobe, the skin is peeling, it is red, slightly swollen, but no fluid drainage, not near the piercing site,

Local swelling and redness suggest local allergy or inflammation .or infection start with antibiotics,antinflammatory agent,local steroid ointment
