What Causes Swelling And Pain Near The Ears?

the top corner of my ears where the little hole is swell and hurting real bad can t even touch it or smile hard or else it pain even more...the pain is very consistent and no stopping what is the cost of this....is there any need for sergry and what can I do to stop it

According to your complain you have problem of swelling in ear and more painful that may be because of ear infection or access.

Physician examination of that swelling give exact idea. If this swelling is because of abscess than drainage can done.

You are not mention a size and consistency of lesion also skin overlying it.

Consent a ENT specialist for further diagnosis.
