What Causes Swelling And Pain In The Right Wrist?

I woke up and both wrist hurts out of nowhere. Have done nothing abnormal. I have taken phentermine for the 4th month now. My right wrist is swollen more than the left and you can hardly see my veins where my pulse is. Is this the description of a blood clot?

this pain and swelling may be deu to mechanical causes like deu to overuse .its unlikely that blood clots causing pain and swelling in thie wrist.cause of analgasic rest and physiotherapy will relive u symptoms
