What Causes Swelling And Pain In The Neck After Taking Vyvanse?

I take vyvance 30 mil capsule and a half. I find that after taking it for about 12 weeks I start getting pain and swelling on the upper part of my neck, not quite where the thyroid gland is located more like where the lymph nodes under the jaw are found. It goes and comes but the pain has gotten so bad at times it keeps me from opening my mouth fully. Another side effect is that it acts like a diuretic. I have to go relieve myself constantly which has become a kind of a neusance at work and during my car commutes. Finally it does lower my mood after the effects wind down in the evening and that is worrisome. Although the benefits of the drug still outweigh the drawbacks I am wondering what I can do ameliorate my symptoms. Thank you

Hello,

It is not related to Vyvanse.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Detailed evaluation including an ultrasound scan is required for further assessment.
