What Causes Swelling And Pain In Scrotum?

Hi I have recently visited my doctor and I told him whats going on with me. I have a swollen scrotum sac with my penis keep getting sucked inside and its getting painful. He said its just fluid from my body maintaining fluid. How can I resolve this so I can be able to sleep and go to the bathroom? Its about the size of a softball and had it for about a month or longer

Hi,
Looking to the history it seems that you might be having hydrocele producing swelling and pain on scrotum.
If there is history of injury on local part there might be having collection blood giving rise hematoma.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
