General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having upper respiratory tract infection producing enlarged tender neck lymph nodes.
There might be having infection in ear or there might be having radiating pain due to sore throat.
Consult your doctor.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 3-5 days.
Ok and take care.
