What Causes Swelling And Pain In Ear?
Hi, my left ear has been sore for a few days now and I ve not really thought anything of it. I think the pain has mainly been around and below the Tragus but I find It hard to tell, my mum says just keep taking paracetamol and it will disappear but I m not convinced I think it looks slightly more swollen than my right ear and it is sore to touch I m not sure what this is or what to do?

Hi, by your history it looks like you are having infection of external ear, taking just paracetamol won't help, avoid water entry to ear and consult an Ent specialist to confirm the diagnosis and to start you on antibiotics, take care.
