General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Swelling of breast, lump, and pain is likely to be a fibrocystic disease. It is a benign condition. However, it is important to follow up with your primary provider to undergo a clinical examination to rule out any other underlying pathologies.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
