What Causes Swelling And Lump On The Back Of The Thigh After An Injury?
Hello, I lost my footing and fell backwards into a rock edge into the pool about 24 hours ago. I hit the back of my thigh. I iced the area off and on throughout the day and night. It is still swollen, badly bruised with a knot about the size of my palm in middle of the bruise and the pain radiates down to the top of my foot and up into my hip. I have Factor V Leiden, should I be concerned about clotting from a the bruise?
