Hi dear thanks for writing to health care magic!!.. itching and swelling suggestive of minor infection or irritation due to unhygienic and risky manovear like fingering..I advise you as follow
1) proper washing with antiseptic solution twice a day of vagina and surrounding
2) proper hand wash before touching private organs and don't scratch the area but use the ice
3) neosprin powder on affected area
4) tab ibuprofen for pain and swelling
5) avoid sexual contact for some day
6) if there is any bleeding consult with gynaecologist once for examination.
hope this will help you
thanks and regards
