What Causes Swelling And Itching In The Biceps?
Well Monday I went to the gym and did an arm workout. Nothing too strenuous. Last night my biceps swelled up and were very hard and itchy. The swelling isn’t as bad but it’s still there. Should I be concerned?Hi, can I answer your health question? Please type your question here...

As per yout history, Swelling over biceps may be due Strain or overuse during workout. Itching may be due to contact dermatitis. You can take tab. tylenol and antihistaminics after consulatation. Do warm up before workout. maintain proper hygiene.
