What Causes Swelling And Bruising On The Nose Post Trauma?
I had a fall on the stairs last night and landed straight on my face, had a nose bleed which stopped not long after. My nose is now swelled up and bruised. Should i get it looked at incase of fracture/break or just see if the swelling goes down after a few days?

get it examined and take x-ray to rule out fracture. consult orthopaedic surgeon for examination and advise on treatment.take tablet combiflam twice daily and apply betadinelotion in external injury and inj tt.now swelling will go down early
