I have had what seems to be n open sore on the inside of my right nostril that bleeds, sometimes quite a bite, it seems to be swollen inside my nostril. This is accompanies by a dull headache at time and my right eye is sensitive and part way closed. I have also noticed my gums will be stark white at times as well. Thoughts?

Good Evening,
Thanks for given information,According to your nose bleed symptoms due to the dryness causes crusting inside the nose.If your nose is scratched or picked, it can bleed. Taking antihistamines and decongestants for allergies, colds, or sinus problems can also dry out the nasal membranes and cause nosebleeds. Frequent nose blowing is another cause of nosebleeds.
2-The dryness can cause the nose to bleed. Excessive use of certain kinds of medications, such as blood thinners or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like Ibuprofen. Liver disease can interfere with blood clotting and result in frequent and/or severe nosebleeds
Advise you kindly consult With ENT specialist
Thanks for consult,
