What Causes Swallowing Difficulty While On Revlimid?
I have multiple myeloma and am on my first round of maintenence therapy with Revlimid I have a pea sized growth on the base of my left palatoglossal arch that is painful. I ve been having difficulty swallowing for a while but the painful part started a couple of weeks ago worsening. I wondered if it is a worry or a side effect of revlimid?

It is not related to Revilmid. Most probably it will be pharyngitis. As first line management, you can try saline gargles for symptomatic relief. Consult an ent specialist and get evaluated.
