Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
I appreciate your concern regarding to your mother's health.
To find the cause of the dispnea ( diffulty in breathing) i would recommend to check ( except of an detailed physical examination);

-A full blood count and a proteine C reactive.
- Thyroid hormones; TSH, Ft4, Ft3 and an ultrasound of the thyroid gland.
- ECG and an cardiac ultrasound
- Chest X ray.
It willbe a pleasure to help you further after the above results.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
