Hi dear , I have gone through your question and i understand your concern.
Weight loss is less likely to be associated with the discontinuation of the drugs and medications you described, there may be other factors underlying the weight loss because appetite increasing drugs which you're taking according to drug trials certainly are not very much effective but they have more psychological impact and secondly what you was taking was Liv 52 and other a multivitamin complexes so as you are 40 years old you can easily get vitamins and other vital elements from your diet and just I would recommend is to have a diet plan.
Have green vegetables and salads and fruits of yours liking with light multiple meals which are easy to digest and they help in absorbing most of the important components in the food and just add this with brisk walking & exercising and I am hundredan5% sure that you will get the benefit and if still these symptom persist I am here to add help.
Avoid stress and you may add yoga sessions too.

Secondly I am keen interested in knowing what made start these many cocktail of medications.

Hope you find the answer helpful, please do get back for further queries I will be happy to assist you.
Wishing your good health.
Regards
Dr.Vigyan Mishra
