What causes sudden weakness in the knees?

I had a fall a few minutes ago when my knee gave out , I had pulled itearlier today , when I went into the garage I fell, skin my nose . I was able to get up ok and went into the house . My face face is skin up a little under my nose and my index finder fingers tingle some.. is there a concern?

There are many different causes of fall and knees weaknesses.
I suppose it is coming due to hypoglycaemia . I suggest you that any drugs you're taking may be the cause of it.
