What Causes Sudden Weakness And Heaviness In Arms And Legs?

I was standing in line at the store and all of a sudden my legs and arms felt very heavy, I went to my car and just fell in the car to rest. on the way home I felt the same but very tired I layed in the seat and just felt like it was really hard to pick up my legs and arms could it be a heart problem or my post polio symdrome , or fibromyliga that I have

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you may be having some heart problem causing low BP and syncope. I will advise you to get yourself investigated on these lines . Second possibility can be hypoglycemia due to long standing so get yourself examined by physician to know the cause. .
