What Causes Sudden Vomiting, Diarrhea And Chest Pain?
I hadden throwing up and diaherria that came on really sudden about 5 hours ago. That finally stopped, but now I m having some chest pain in between my breasts, worse when I take a deep breathe. My blood pressure is good, 120/80, but my resting heart rate is 100. I have some pain radiating across my upper left shoulder blade, but that comes and goes. My first thought when I got sick so fast was food poison, but now not so sure about that. I don t want to go to hospital just to find out it was food poison and anxiety or something like that. I m 57 years old, female.

I think it is gastroenteritis a gastrointestinal infection. I think the elevated heartbeat comes as a result of pain you are feeling much than from the anxiety you are supposing. Take Buscopan for stomach pain and possibly Pepto-Bismol for excess acidity.
