What Causes Sudden Shortness Of Breath, sweating, chest Pain And Frequent Urination?

For two weeks I have been short of breath (even talking on the phone makes it hard to breath), had one episode 8 days ago with sudden onset sweating, chest pain, relieved by my dads nitroglycerin pill. Currently having tightness in my veins on both sides of my neck, pain and firmness in upper right abdomen, water retention in face and hands, and having to get up at night and urinate 2-3 times.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, Nitroglycerine tablet can not be taken without the evidence of cardiac ischemia or angina, so better to get done the EKG, and ECHO, stress test, her the age and gender information is missing it was matters the great, more or less your symptoms are suggestive of functional one or nonspecific unless it is being tested hope this information helps.
