What Causes Sudden Raise In The Heart Rate?
Lately, I have noticed that my heart seems to be beating harder several times during the day. I noticed this while sitting or laying down in bed. I don t really notice this while I am active. I had a nuclear stress test in June and the results were normal but I am concerned because this is something relatively new.

Hi hope you are doing good. If you are too much concerned about the increase in heart rate, I would recommend holter monitoring that can pick up any paroxysmal change in heart rhythm.
