What Causes Sudden Pain In The Pelvic Region?

I have been having pelvic pain since this morning. Not stopping me from my daily duties, but experienced pain when bearing down and now palpation in pelvic region or low abdomen. I have had a history of constipation a that has not been the issue lately so just concerned. It just started this morning.

As you mentioned you have problem of Lower abdominal pain .
Mention a intensity and duration of pain with aggravating factor..
For constipation problem you can take a bulk forming agent like psyllium is helpful.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
