What Causes Sudden Pain In The Calf Muscles?

Sudden onset in one leg of pain (not really pain, hard to describe) back of thigh, then sometimes in the calf area. Has gone all the way down to my foot and toes. Tingling, alseep feeling? This is not constant. T comes and goes for the past 4 days.

This may indicate deep venous thrombosis or partial rupture of calf muscle. In every case,you should do ultrasound to establish the diagnosis exactly. Till that,try to rest,apply elastic compresses and take nonsteroid painkillers.
