ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi ,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum .

As per your clinical history it appears that you are having thyroid swelling due acute thyroditis .
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you
anti inflammatory analgesic Paracetemol + Ibuprofen combination twice daily.

Here my suggestion is that you should consult your ENT doctor for thorough examination, necessary investigations and treatment.
Regards.
