What causes sudden pain and bloating in the abdomen?

I got hot while under the hairdryer and my stomach starting to hurt along with severe bloating. Felt like I was fainting. Had to sit outside in 20 degree weather to feel better. Had oatmeal and banana for breakfast. The milk I cooked my oatmeal with expired on 1/10/2018. No nausea, dizziness. Just felt like I was blacking out.

Hello,

You might be having gastritis or acid peptic disease. You need to follow some lifestyle tips.
1. Do not eat spicy food.
2. Take medications for gastritis- Pantop or Omez or Rantac.
3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8 am, a small snack at 11 am, lunch at 1 pm, a small snack at 4 pm and dinner at 8 pm.
4. Drink plenty of water.
5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea.
6. Do not take much stress. Stress aggravates gastritis.
7. Do regular exercise. At least half an hour per day.
8. Learn meditation techniques.
9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sanjay Kini
