What Causes Sudden Onset Of Frequent Urination?

Hi for a while now I hAve been needing to wee all the time , it sometimes comes on suddenly and sometimes just every five minutes .. The pee is clean and I only drink a normal amount of water ... It s doesn t burn or sting Also I have lower back ache ?

I understand your concern.
You have not mentioned you age or sex which is very important to suggest you some differential diagnoses as well as further course of action.
Frequent urination may be a sign of prostatic hyptrophy (if you are elderly male) or a urinary bladder calculus. It may also be an initial sign of diabetes.
Urinary infection is also one of the cause but in absence of fever and burning urination, it is very less likely.
Pregnancy can also lead to such situation if it is applicable to you.
Also, taking excess of alcohol or caffeine containing drink can give rise to frequency of urination.
