General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Dehydration can cause the weakness and fainting but would not be associated with pain and fever.

The presence of these symptoms may indicate that there is an infection present. It is possible that it is gastritis (inflammation/infection of the stomach) or gastroenteritis but there are other infections that may need to be considered such as appendicitis.

It may be best to take her to her doctor for review.

I hope this helps
