What Causes Sudden Loss Of Breath Followed By Rapid Heart Beat?
hello just like 30 minutes ago i was playing x box with my brother then i just for no reason i felt weird i noticed that i was getting short on air so i went outside and while i was walking a few steps my heart was starting to beat fast and hard and i felt like there was no air outside and felt like pressue it was weird because i usually do exersise every day whats wrong?

Hi it could paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia or MVP. You should get an ECG, 2D Echo, and if needed a Holter monitoring to detect cause--regards
