What Causes Sudden Hearing Loss After A Myringotomy?

Hi! I had a miringotomy 3 days ago and I have the sensation Of hearing loss.. Also, I dis the Valsalva and one of the ears was like a tunel of wind, and the other had no reaction (which is what is expectable, right?) i did thw surgery because I am a flight attendant and I was having a lot of barotrauma due to tube disfunction! Please help

what ever you want to do should be done with doctors consultation. since flying is regular for you so better to keep your ear plugged with cotton wool.
