What Causes Sudden Headache, Back Pain And Tiredness?

I didn t feel good all morning not really sick just different then after sweeping the porch I began to feel strange again my head hurt and my back. I sat down in the swing I felt like something wasn t right I tried to remain calm then began to feel as if I was passing out I could hear everything around me but it sounded like it was way away then I told my daughter I didn t feel good she said I put my hand over my face and laid down next thing I knew she was there. Now I feel like the left side of my chest is hollow

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have sudden headache, back pain and tiredness . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like acute back injury , whiplash , sciatica , osteoarthritis or fibromyalgia. The symptoms can also occur due to viral infection .I would suggest you consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may CT scan or MRI along with physical examination . Doctor may prescribe anti inflammatory , muscle relaxant nerve supplement, anti emetic drug along with physical therapy. For now apply warm compresses to back and neck and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . Doctor may also recommend surgery in case of disc problem. Also avoid bending forward.
