Hello,

Fluttering sensation in the chest may be due to palpitations or muscle fibrillation or bowel movements or infection etcetera. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is.

Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking and caffeine drinks. Feeling anxious means do regular exercise and yoga. If Symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
